I am constantly amazed at the beautiful land in Northern Illinois. We continue to find Forest Preserve after Forest Preserve that is teaming with life and abundance.
Aurora West is home to this pretty woodland path, but opens up to a vast, beautiful prairie. On our walk the wildflowers were just beginning to bloom and show their colors. We plan to return in a few weeks to catch the area even more vibrant with blooms.
